Abstract

The article’s proposal concerns to give visibility to the process of implementation of the Community and Cultural Center’s forum at the state of Rio de Janeiro. The Community and Cultural Center’s genesis steps, its theorical assumption and legal, ethical and political developments among the Brazilian psychiatric reform have been described. The Forum’s experience has given three methodological clues, which are useful to the policies construction: 1) To be opened to everybody’s participation, without restrictions. 2) Roaming, move without being fixed at a same place. 3) Multiplicity, to desire the differences without obstructing the traffic among them. As a product of this instituting movement, the 4563/ 2018 bill has been collectively generated in order to create the Community and Cultural Center’s policy of Rio de Janeiro’s psychosocial network. The movement related to the Community and Cultural Centers, which are important devices to the promotion of meetings at the city, is supported from the production of the common and aims to the acquaintanceship policy’s sustainability in order to resist the dismantling of our public health system and the neoliberalism.
