Attributes of primary care in river health from the perspective of riverine users

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the attributes of Primary Care in the river family health strategy from the perspective of riverine users. This is a cross-sectional and quantitative research, with data collected through the Primary Care Assessment Tool adults reduced version with 342 participants in the communities. In the results the best evaluated attribute was coordination - information system (8.95) and the worst was community orientation (2.51). The attributes affiliation, coordination-integration of care, integrality-services available and rendered had unsatisfactory results.  The best attribute assessments occur in locations where there are fixed health facilities. The study shows important developments for the assistance of health teams in the fluvial family, as well as subsidizes public policies for the implementation and implementation of other forms of assistance that reach the most vulnerable populations, such as in the riverine context.
